Northern shrimp

Northern shrimp are small crustaceans that breed along the marine trenches of the St. Lawrence River. Fished between April and November, they are one of the most popular seafood species in Québec. Northern shrimp boast a very rich flavor. Their firm and crisp texture is matched only by their exquisite and delicate taste. Its flesh is pink on the outside and white on the inside. Our premium quality shrimp are 100% natural and contain no chemical additives.

We are able to provide you with delectable lobsters in various formats and packages—from whole lobsters (cooked or raw), lobster meat, lobster tails, or lobster claws.


Our high-quality scallops come from various regions; they are sure to please even the most refined palates. Be sure to ask about our Japanese scallops from the Hokkaido region.

Third-stage processing products

We also offer a wide array of third-stage processing products, such as stuffing made from fish and scallops, seafood sausages with a variety of flavors, rosettes of the sea, and may other products from Québec, including Stimpson’s’ Surf Clam, Whelk, and our savor clam chowder.
